Even though our machines were more expensive than the standard gelato makers, we are proud to be the only store in California that has them. We buy our fresh ingredients such as fruits, milk, and eggs in local shops and our experience has roots spanning over 50 years

Gelato, which originated in the Italian city of Florence in the 1500's, is a healthier alternative to conventional ice-cream as it is made from NON-FAT milk. It has upto an average of 70% less fat than regular ice-cream with only 0-8% fat content! Our gelato and sorbets are made from ALL natural ingredients, such as, real fruit, fresh nuts, non-fat milk and pure cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Ice-cream manufacturers incorporate a lot of air into their products so more than 50% of what your eating is AIR allowing you to eat more! Gelato has almost 40% less air giving it a richer, creamier taste so you get a lower volume of air! Also our gelato is made every single day so the freshest quality is always guaranteed!
